The Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital (JHACH) seeks an ASSOCIATE PROGRAM DIRECTOR for its core pediatric residency program in St. Petersburg, Florida. Our 259 bed, free-standing hospital has been named a “Top 50 Children’s Hospital” by U.S. News & World Report and provides access to the most innovative treatments and therapies. The full time faculty position is a vital part of the function and growth of our pediatric residency program that welcomed its first class of residents in July of 2014. As a relatively new training program, we have prioritized being educationally focused and have built training experiences and curricula oriented towards promoting greater individualized training. We also offer exposure to innovative topics including leadership, the business of medicine and individualized medicine among others. Prior experience in graduate medical education is highly encouraged with skills including but not limited to the following:

The successful candidate is someone who has demonstrated excellence in past resident teaching positions and who is interested in taking on a central leadership role within our program and institution. Additionally, the successful candidate must demonstrate a record of academic scholarship with a goal towards continued advancement in their academic training.
